Days and Afters
- Monday to Thursday 37.5 per week
Shifts
- Days: 6am to 4pm
- Afters: 12 noon to 10pm
Contract

Pro-Found Recruitment are currently recruiting 3 Final Inspection Operatives on behalf of our prestigious manufacturing client in Sheffield. These are fantastic opportunities to join a well-established company producing high-quality products within the medical manufacturing sector.
This role is working on a rotating 2-shift pattern (Mornings & Afternoons), so applicants must be able to work both shifts.

The Role
Duties
As a Final Inspection Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring products meet strict quality standards before they are released to customers. Duties include:
- Carrying out detailed visual inspections of manufactured components.
- Performing dimensional and gauge checks.
- Identifying and reporting defects.
- Following work instructions and quality procedures.
- Completing production and inspection paperwork accurately.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and health & safety.
- Working as part of a busy production team to achieve quality and production targets.

What We're Looking For
We're Keen To Hear From Candidates Who
- Have previous quality inspection, production, or manufacturing experience.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Can maintain concentration during repetitive inspection tasks.
- Are comfortable handling components and lifting trays weighing up to 15kg.
- Are reliable, flexible, and have a positive attitude.
- Can work a rotating mornings and afternoons shift pattern.
