Your Responsibilities
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly guidelines
- Conduct final inspection to meet internal guidelines and inspection plans
- Maintain the working environment by:
- Adhering to 5S, TPM, and turnover back clinics
- Ensuring the workspace is clean, organised, and compliant with company standards
- Comply with all Environmental, Health & Safety requirements

Security Note: This role may require access to export-controlled information or hardware. Employment is contingent upon:
- Successful security clearance and background checks
- Export license approval
- Potential signing of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
Preferred Qualifications
- NVQ 3 / City & Guilds qualification (or equivalent vocational training) in:
- Fabrication
- Mechanical, or engineering disciplines
- Proven experience in final inspection technique
- Familiarity with precision tools such as:
- Verniers, digital callipers, or measuring gauges
- Preferred—but not mandatory—industry experience in:
- Aerospace or motorsport
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
