Role Overview
The Finance & Accounting Specialist / Manager works closely with the Chief Accountant to manage and control internal financial and accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance across the organization.
This role supports auditing, budget management, cash flow analysis, and financial metrics tracking, while collaborating with relevant departments to enhance operational efficiency and internal control systems.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong professional foundation, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work independently, while being highly adaptable to a growing enterprise with a diversified business model.
This position reports directly to the Chief Accountant and the Executive Board, offering opportunities to participate in financial management projects, performance analysis, and process optimization during the company’s development phase.
Responsibilities
Internal Accounting & Financial Control
- Verify, confirm, and control daily revenue and expenditure transactions, invoices, payables/receivables, and incurred costs.
- Monitor departmental budgets, operating expenses, and execution performance, ensuring adherence to approved financial plans.
- Ensure accounting data is accurate, transparent, comprehensive, and readily available for reconciliation or inspection as needed.
- Maintain, review, and propose improvements to internal control procedures to enhance management efficiency and mitigate risks.
Chief Accountant Support & Audit Operations
- Collaborate with the Chief Accountant in preparing documentation, reports, and records for internal audits, independent audits, and related regulatory inquiries.
- Prepare reports, reconcile data, and verify the overall consistency of the financial-accounting system.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and relevant stakeholders to ensure accuracy and strict regulatory compliance.
- Support tasks related to taxation, legal regulations, and internal governance requirements.

Financial Analysis & Management Support
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and internal analyses for the Executive Board.
- Track financial metrics, operational ratios, and cash flows to identify emerging risks or discrepancies.
- Assist in developing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with the company’s specific operational phases.
- Participate in financial analysis projects, evaluate operational efficiency, and support the development of business models as required.
Note: Experience in Financial Modeling or financial analysis is a plus. However, we highly value candidates with a strong analytical mindset, a proactive willingness to learn, and a desire to grow alongside the business.
Operational Support & Internal Administration
- Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of administrative operational procedures related to finance and accounting.
- Manage records, contracts, vouchers, and internal documents in strict compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate information flow and efficient operational activities.
- Participate in process improvements, management system standardization, and support internal projects as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or internal control; preference is given to candidates who have worked in environments with clear governance systems and high operational standards.
- Deep understanding of financial management, cost control, cash flow management, budgeting, and internal reporting systems. Experience working with internal/external audits, tax consulting, or corporate compliance and governance requirements is essential.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; strong ability to control, analyze, and synthesize data to support management and decision-making.
- Strong analytical and control mindset, capable of identifying risks and discrepancies, with a proactive approach to proposing solutions that improve operational efficiency and governance systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments, organize tasks effectively, and take full accountability for results within the professional scope.
- Meticulous, accurate, highly disciplined, and able to maintain consistent performance in a demanding environment that requires precision and responsibility.
- Professional, reliable work ethic with an eagerness to learn and a strong desire for long-term development with the company.
- Interest in or willingness to learn about integrated business models, manufacturing, retail operations, or the company’s new strategic development projects.

Company Benefits
- Salary: Negotiable based on interview performance and professional capability. Final compensation will be determined upon mutual agreement.
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
