Role Description

The Finance Administration Coordinator is a part-time role responsible for supporting the finance and accounting functions of Anatree Group Logistics. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Processing invoices and payments
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports

  • Supporting budgeting activities
  • Monitoring expenses
  • Helping ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures

The coordinator will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, respond to finance-related inquiries, and provide clear communication on financial matters to stakeholders. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and consistent, professional communication in a remote environment.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in Finance and Budgeting, with the ability to support planning, monitoring, and reporting of financial activities.
  • Solid Accounting and Financial Reporting skills, including experience with reconciliations, invoicing, and maintaining accurate ledgers.
  • Strong Communication skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with common office and financial software (e.g., spreadsheets, accounting systems) and strong data entry accuracy.
  • Relevant education in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
  • Organized work habits, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines in a remote, full-time environment.
  • Experience in logistics, operations, or project-based environments is beneficial but not required.
