Utility Infrastructure
Our team of Utility Infrastructure specialists design, build and maintain critical water, energy (gas), power and telecoms infrastructure, for the UK’s largest network owners and operators.
Social Infrastructure
Our team of Social Infrastructure specialists revitalise homes and communities by carrying out a wide range of work, from retrofit to refurbishment, and maintenance.

Glenelly Infrastructure Solutions are looking for a Finance Administrator in our Hemel Hempstead offices.
This is a Finance Administrator position, a permanent, full time role and will join an existing team to ensure admin, accounts, purchase order, accounts payable and payroll are processed efficiently. You should have experience in a similar role - ideally in the engineering, utilities (gas, electric, water), construction or housing sector.
Your previous roles may have been Finance Assistant, Administration Assistant, Account Co-ordinator, we need someone with a range of experience and skills who can adapt to business needs to deliver on time and correctly.
The hours are 8-4pm Monday to Friday, working from our office in Hemel Hempstead.
The tasks and responsibilities are as follows
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documents
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions

Your skills and knowledge should cover as much as the following as possible -
- Proficient in data entry and experience with accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of financial services and basic accounting principles is a plus
Excellent communication skills are required, you will be speaking to colleagues, clients and customers as well as dealing with subcontractors and suppliers. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business. Additional training can be provided for the right candidate.
