Finance Administrator (itison venues) – Full time – Glasgow
This role sits across both itison venues and itison - two sides of the same belief that life is about the experience.
At itison venues, our teams bring that to life every week in some of Glasgow's best-loved spots - brel, Maggie's Rock'n'Rodeo and Sloans - creating brilliant experiences for thousands of customers.
At itison, we match our 1.7 million members with the best local experiences, create our own world-class events and donate thousands of experiences to local charities.
We’re proud to be a fast-paced, ambitious, independent Scottish business with a brilliant culture, a strong sense of purpose and a team full of smart, driven people who care about doing great work.
We’re looking for a smart, organised and experienced Finance Administrator to join our Finance team at our Glasgow HQ. This is a varied role, with your time split across finance administration for both itison and itison venues, playing an important back-office role in helping both sides of the business run smoothly.
The role would suit someone with strong finance administration experience, excellent attention to detail and a calm, methodical approach to working in a busy, fast-paced environment. Finance experience within hospitality would also be beneficial.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
