CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management.
We are recruiting a Finance Administrator to join our growing team in Aberdeen!
The Role: Ensure QHSE documentation is maintained and readily available using CBRE systems eLogbooks, Hazard Reports, training & competency records, PPE, toolbox talks. Manage CAFM system as key user on site including PPM records, reactives and reporting. Schedule engineers across our client sites. Take calls from the client & send jobs to engineers. Collate and process timesheets and expenses weekly. Attend & participate in weekly/monthly Contract Review & finance meetings. Create monthly customer report with contract manager. Plan and arrange call outs, maintenance visits, delivery of materials, Extra Works within contracted SLAs. Create/raise Extra Works jobs. Create accurate Purchase Orders in a timely manner. Regularly review and process supplier invoices. Raise sales invoices (complete billing) in line with company deadlines at the correct margin. Run and review Profit & Loss reports monthly and influence P&L result. Run & review debt report weekly. Review all open orders & follow up.
