Finance Administrator – Apex Site Solutions
📍 Location: Office-based (relocating soon to our brand new HQ in Wisbech) 💼 Type: Full-time 💰 Salary: £27,500 basic 🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday (no weekends!)

The Role
We’re seeking a Finance Administrator to support our day-to-day finance operations. This is an excellent chance for someone aiming to start a career in finance within a dynamic yet supportive working environment. The role involves close collaboration with our experienced team and broad exposure across our business.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Posting supplier invoices against purchase orders
- Reconciling supplier statements for weekly/monthly payment runs
- Assisting in resolving supplier and customer queries promptly
- Checking and sending customer invoices in a timely manner
What We’re Looking For
✨ A proactive attitude and enthusiasm to learn ✨ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail ✨ Good verbal and written communication ✨ A collaborative team player who embraces hands-on work ✨ Comfortable using basic computer systems (e.g., Microsoft Office) ✨ Prior CIS and Domestic Reverse Charge experience ✨ Familiarity with Xero is desirable but not essential ✨ AAT qualified or part-qualified
