Data Entry Administrator - Reading (Hybrid) - Permanent - Up to £28,000
The Opportunity
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in Reading for a detail-driven Data Entry Administrator to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in accuracy and wants to build a career within a supportive, professional environment — with the flexibility of hybrid working (3 days in the Reading office, 2 days from home).
What You'll Be Doing
- Accurately inputting, updating and maintaining data across internal systems and databases
- Reviewing records to identify and correct errors, duplicates and inconsistencies
- Processing documents, forms and spreadsheets to agreed deadlines
- Running routine data checks and supporting regular reporting
- Liaising with internal teams to chase missing or incomplete information
- Handling sensitive information in line with GDPR and company policy
- Supporting the wider admin team with ad-hoc tasks during busy periods

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a data entry, administration or similar detail-focused role
- Fast, accurate typing skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident with Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new systems quickly
- Well organised, able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- A proactive, can-do attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable and self-motivated — able to work productively both in the office and remotely
