Finance Analyst
We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Commercial Finance team, supporting Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and wider commercial activity across the firm.
This is an analytical, insight led role where you will work closely with Finance Business Partners to turn financial data into clear, meaningful information that supports decision making.
You will play a key role in producing management information, supporting budgeting and forecasting, contributing to client reporting, and helping the business understand performance, trends and opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Analysing and interpreting financial data from multiple sources to support commercial decision making
- Producing accurate management information, reports and commentary
- Creating clear visual outputs (charts, graphs and summaries) alongside numeric analysis
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and wider FP&A activity
- Contributing to client reporting with a strong focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Working proactively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver timely insight
- Maintaining a consistently high level of attention to detail

What We're Looking For
- Strong Excel capability
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Financial awareness and understanding of how data is used in a commercial context
- A confident communicator who is comfortable asking questions and flagging issues
- A proactive, engaged approach and genuine motivation to develop
- Experience presenting financial data visually
- Openness to new tools including AI enabled tools
Desirable
- Exposure to SQL or databases (training can be provided)
- Studying towards or interested in a finance qualification (AAT / ACCA)
- Experience in a legal or professional services environment
