Job Title: Finance Analyst
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract for 6 Months
Salary: £38,056.41 Per Annum (£41,891.59 after 12 months of successful performance)
Working Hours: 35 hours per week Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, Hybrid Location: Speke, Liverpool

Role Profile
Core Responsibilities
- Perform routine financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support budgets, forecasts, and actual performance tracking
- Provide financial insights, interpreting trends, anomalies, and patterns, to inform business decisions
- Monitor variances in financial performance, ensuring up-to-date reporting for management
- Conduct modelling, scenario analysis, and business case development as a tool for strategic decision-making
- Validate and ensure data integrity—transparency and accuracy are critical to financial governance
- Support statutory, regulatory, or corporate reporting where necessary
- Manage internal customer relations, directing inquiries, and improving service efficiency cross-departmentally
- Respond to routine queries from internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance and timely solutions
- Drive continuous process improvements, contributing to operational excellence
- Uphold data protection and health & safety standards in line with organisational policies
