Finance Analyst - Global Insurance Business

We're recruiting for a Finance Analyst to join a global insurance business within its FP&A team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified finance professional looking to broaden their exposure across financial planning, reporting, and business partnering in a fast-paced international environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Produce and maintain recurring MI and financial reporting.
  • Analyse financial performance and provide variance analysis and insights.
  • Consolidate and validate financial data from international business units.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and commentary for senior stakeholders.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic finance initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with finance teams and stakeholders across the business.

The successful candidate for this Finance Analyst role will need experience in FP&A, finance, or consulting within the insurance industry, ideally Lloyd's market. The candidate must also be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Any experience with Power Bi or Anaplan would be highly advantageous.
