Overview
We’re seeking a Finance Analyst to join our team, supporting Business Analyst Team Lead, Finance Director, and Business Leaders. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in maintaining financial health, ensuring strategic decision-making, and delivering actionable financial insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver financial plans for the business unit
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of revenue data for guidance
- Monitor and report on revenue, budgets, and forecasts
- Provide strategic insights into financial performance, highlighting key variances
- Act as a bridge between Finance Teams and other business areas
- Compile and distribute sales pipeline and revenue analytics to management
- Create tailored financial reports for senior leadership
- Support audits, ensuring compliance with financial controls
- Handle ad-hoc analytical tasks to enhance operational efficiency

About You
Your teamwork, analytical skills, and strategic mindset will drive success in this role. We’re looking for:
- A strong communicator who can engage confidently with stakeholders across levels
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial data analysis and mathematics
- Ability to influence positively and drive accountability
- Strategic thinking aligned with business objectives
- While industry expertise is a bonus, we prioritise attitude and aptitude
