Join AJW Group and play a key role in our Finance Team as a Finance Analyst focused on our Power-by-Hour contracts. The role is focused on revenue recognition, cost accruals, contract analysis, and general finance operations, with a key focus on the management of our PBH contracts and associated reporting processes.

Key Duties:

PBH Revenue and contract support:

Customer billing for PBH contracts, including: Collating data for invoicing, invoice generation, contract reconciliations and dispute tracking/reporting Delivery of submissions to customers within contractual agreements Maintain oversight of the query process by liaising with the business, providing regular updates to management, and ensuring that all queries are clearly understood and resolved in a timely manner. Ensure all accounting activities are recognised in line with contracts and IFRS regulations. Improve accuracy, timely reporting and processes. Supporting FP&A with financial reporting

Supporting the Financial Accounting Manager:

Delivering accurate and timely accounting for the month-end process Ensuring a high level of integrity for financial information, explaining variances, margins and transactions Maintaining balance sheet reconciliations with supporting documentation Participating in the year-end process and audit Ensuring internal accounting processes, controls, and procedures are operating effectively Action vendor setup requests through Jira, ensuring compliance with internal controls

Supporting the wider finance function where required with adhoc duties

QBE or studying ACCA / CIMA / equivalent Advanced Excel skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders across finance and operations Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities
