Overview

At PayFast, we're looking for a creative and data-driven Content Strategist to lead the planning, development, and execution of content across digital platforms. In this role, you’ll shape the voice of our brand, craft compelling narratives, and align content efforts with business goals. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to deliver messaging that informs, engages, and converts.

Responsibilities

  • As a Content Strategist at PayFast, you’ll lead the development of clear, engaging, and purpose-driven content across all digital channels. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with business goals and brand voice
  • Develop and manage a content strategy aligned with brand objectives best practices
  • Improve user journeys through usability testing and feedback
  • Analyze content performance and user engagement to optimize campaigns
  • Ensure consistent tone, voice, and messaging across all platforms
  • Respond to user inquiries via email and chat
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with care and clarity
  • Relay user feedback to product and support teams
