This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing Property Finance team that will play a critical role in managing global property and equipment lease accounting, supporting annual spend of more than £100 million. As a Property Finance Analyst, you'll be involved in the day-to-day financial processes that keep our property finance running smoothly. From supporting monthly financial close activities and preparing property-related reporting, to maintaining high-quality accounting data within our new property management system, ProLease Enterprise, you'll have the opportunity to develop valuable technical and commercial finance experience. You'll also work closely with colleagues across Finance and Property teams, helping to investigate queries, support reconciliations, contribute to audit requirements and play a part in ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong financial controls.

We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, a questioning mindset and a genuine interest in understanding data and ensuring its accuracy. You'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, building positive working relationships and communicating confidently with stakeholders at all levels. Your ability to stay focused, organised and resilient when working through challenges will be key, as will your willingness to learn, develop and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-evolving team environment.
