At Specsavers, we're on a mission to change lives through better sight and hearing, and we're looking for a Property Finance Analyst to join an exciting new team at the heart of our finance transformation journey. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing Property Finance team that will play a critical role in managing global property and equipment lease accounting, supporting annual spend of more than £100 million. As a Property Finance Analyst, you'll be involved in the day-to-day financial processes that keep our property finance running smoothly. From supporting monthly financial close activities and preparing property-related reporting, to maintaining high-quality accounting data within our new property management system, ProLease Enterprise, you'll have the opportunity to develop valuable technical and commercial finance experience. You'll also work closely with colleagues across Finance and Property teams, helping to investigate queries, support reconciliations, contribute to audit requirements and play a part in ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong financial controls.
