About This Opportunity
The Transport business is transforming actively—modernising customer platforms while navigating critical industry shifts, including the transition to electric vehicles and shifting market conditions.
As part of the Planning & Performance Reporting team, your role will focus on delivering insights, reports, and strategic planning that drive decision-making across Transport and Retail Finance. This is an opportunity to:

Responsibilities
Your core responsibilities include:

Business Strategy & Insights
Communicate performance narratives and assist in projecting future business results through the planning process.

Financial Reporting
Deliver high-quality month-end reports with robust controls, acting as a management accounting specialist.

Stakeholder Collaboration
Build a strong internal network across Finance, working closely with cross-team partners to ensure success.

Professional Development
Meet individual and team objectives while investing in your skills and capabilities.
Requirements
Essential
- Qualifying accountant status (or in final year of ACA-equivalent, such as ACCA/CIMA).
- 12+ months of experience:
- Analysing performance and explaining financial movement drivers to senior stakeholders.
- Ensuring strong financial control within Finance operations.
- A collaborative mindset, with experience driving process improvements and challenging stagnant practices.

Desirable
- Experience in Planning/Budgeting or Monthly Performance Reporting within a business context.
- Prior exposure to Financial Services.
