Finance Analyst
Finance Management Accountant – Ireland Entity (Grade 10, Permanent)

Job Description
This is a high-impact role with ownership of the Ireland entity (c.23 employees and growing). You will act as the key finance partner, ensuring:
- Accurate financial reporting
- Effective controls
- Strategic forecasting
Working as part of the wider North West Europe (NW Europe) team (UK, Ireland & Israel), you’ll also support broader regional activities during quieter periods, particularly mid-month. This role provides strong exposure across reporting, controls, and business partnering, within a business undergoing transformation and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Accountability
- Full ownership of financial reporting for the Ireland entity
- Month-end close, reconciliations, and submission into the group consolidation system
- Revenue recognition & accounting for complex contracts

Forecasting & Budgeting
- Preparation of forecasts, budgets, and cash flow reports

Cash & Banking Operations
- Responsibility for banking activities, payments, and cash management

Payroll & Compliance
- Coordination of payroll activities and local compliance requirements

Statutory & Tax Reporting
- Support statutory accounts, tax submissions, and external audit processes

Controls & Business Partnering
- Maintain and strengthen financial controls in line with group policy
- Partner with operational teams across Ireland & NW Europe
- Support UK finance activities & transformation initiatives (as required)
Qualifications
Essential
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong experience in financial reporting or accounting
- Solid ledger experience with a deep understanding of end-to-end finance processes
- Confident working independently and having ownership of an entity
- Strong Excel skills with meticulous attention to detail

Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience with SAP and/or Oracle HFM
- IFRS 16 & 9 knowledge
- Familiarity with consolidation or reporting systems
