Interim Finance Analyst | FP&A (6-months)
London | Hybrid
Are you an analytical FP&A professional who enjoys partnering with corporate functions and influencing business decisions?
I'm working with a global consumer business looking for a commercially minded Finance Analyst to join their high-performing FP&A team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity to work across an international business, partnering with functions including HR, IT and Shared Services, supporting planning cycles, forecasting, budgeting and delivering meaningful financial insight to senior stakeholders.
What you'll be doing:
- Own budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting for corporate support functions.
- Partner with HR, IT and Shared Services to provide financial guidance and challenge.
- Analyse headcount, payroll and operating expenditure, identifying trends and opportunities.
- Deliver insightful variance analysis and reporting to support strategic decision making.
- Support planning cycles, process improvements and finance transformation initiatives.
- Work within a multi-national, multi-currency environment alongside global finance teams.

What we're looking for:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- 3+ years' FP&A or Commercial Finance experience.
- Strong business partnering experience with corporate support functions (HR, IT, Finance or Shared Services).
- Experience managing headcount, payroll and people cost budgets.
- Multi-national and multi-currency experience.
- Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modelling capability.
- Hyperion, Oracle or Essbase experience would be advantageous.
