About Intrepid Travel

At Intrepid Travel we exist to inspire, create, share and lead the best travel experiences ever – for both people and the planet. We've been creating positive change through the joy of travel since 1989, and we’re proud to be a certified B Corp with 1000s of experiences in over 100 countries.

About the Role

Join a finance team where your analysis won't just sit in a report - it'll help influence decisions across the business.

We're looking for a Finance Analyst, UK & Ireland to join our team in Brixton, London on a full-time, permanent basis.

We work in a 3-2-1 hybrid model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, including at least 1 office day on a Monday or Friday.

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the financial performance of Intrepid's UK & Ireland business. Working closely with our Senior Finance Manager, you'll turn financial data into meaningful insight, helping teams across the business make informed decisions and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

You'll work across a broad mix of activities, supporting everything from our sales and marketing functions to operational and destination management teams. Along the way, you'll collaborate with colleagues across finance, shared service centres and the wider business to deliver timely reporting, forecasting and financial analysis that drives commercial outcomes.

This role would suit someone with a solid grounding in finance analysis who enjoys getting into the detail while also understanding the bigger picture. You'll be motivated by solving problems, improving processes and partnering with stakeholders to turn numbers into action.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
