twentyAI are partnering with a VC-backed scale up business seeking to hire its first Finance Analyst. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this role will act as their right hand, taking ownership of day-to-day finance operations whilst supporting wider business initiatives. The position offers a unique breadth of experience, making it ideal for someone who is intellectually curious, enjoys variety and wants to build a career within a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities: Manage core transactional finance processes, including accounts payables/receivables, and payroll. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain financial records. Support the preparation of management accounts and month-end close activities. Assist with statutory reporting, tax compliance, and broader regulatory obligations. Contribute to process improvement initiatives across finance and operations. Work closely with leadership on ad hoc projects.

Desired Experience: Part-qualified/newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA. Experience in a scale up/start up environment. Experience with Agentic tooling.
