Location: The Leys Leisure Centre, Oxford OX4 6JL
Salary: £29,244.22 plus excellent benefits
Schedule: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday

As part of our organisation, you’ll play a key role in maintaining essential administrative and financial processes, supporting operational teams, and ensuring high standards of service delivery.
About the Role
This is a fast-paced, varied position where attention to detail and strong organisational skills will help keep daily operations running smoothly. Your work will directly support the delivery of community-focused, active lifestyle services.
Responsibilities
You’ll be entrusted with the following key tasks:
- Raise purchase orders and process completed works in line with financial procedures.
- Run and review daily income reports; support site leads with tracking sales performance.
- Raise sales invoice requests accurately and within required deadlines.
- Manage debt reconciliation and support recovery of outstanding payments.
- Process monthly payroll, including validation checks to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accurate financial records, reporting all expenditure correctly.
- Support sales administration, including maintaining booking logs and forward order books.
- Serve as a first point of contact for enquiries; direct queries to the appropriate team.
- Monitor email inboxes and respond—or escalate queries promptly.
- Maintain records of bookings, agreements, and administrative documentation.

Requirements
This role is ideal for individuals with:
- Experience in administrative and/or financial processes.
- Strong attention to detail in maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and reliable approach with a strong work ethic.
