We're in an exciting stage of growth across the business, with 40% growth in B2B last year. We're looking for a seasoned sales professional to take our sales function to the next level globally.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a Finance and Analytics Manager who is as comfortable producing a clean set of management accounts as they are querying a dataset or building a RevOps dashboard. This is a genuinely cross-functional role — roughly split 60% Finance and 40% across our RevOps and Data functions — and it's ideal for someone who wants breadth without losing their technical accounting roots.
You'll sit in the Finance team, reporting directly to the Head of Finance, with a Management Accountant underneath you handling the day-to-day postings, payment runs and ledger BAU. That means your focus is on producing high-quality month-end reporting and spending the rest of your time on projects: improving financial processes, supporting RevOps, and working with our Data team.
You won't be doing everything from scratch — we have a strong team around you — but you will be expected to review, challenge, and improve what's already in place, whilst bringing your own analytical lens to the commercial side of the business.
Ideally you'll be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, have a strong accounting foundation, and genuinely enjoy turning data into decisions. You'll thrive here if you're a confident self-starter who can own things end-to-end and hold the team to a high standard.
How We Work Together
The Finance team consists of a Head of Finance, this role (Finance and Analytics Manager), and a Management Accountant who handles BAU posting, payment runs and ledger maintenance. You'll be the layer between the Management Accountant's outputs and the Head of Finance's reporting — responsible for the quality and accuracy of what goes upward, and for driving the project work that goes sideways across the business.
Collaboration: you'll work closely with the Head of Finance and Management Accountant within Finance, and with cross-functional leads in RevOps and Data on project work Communication: you'll regularly translate financial outputs and data analysis into clear narratives for senior leadership and department heads Innovation: we will both encourage and expect you to identify and drive process improvements — from how we close the books to how we track commercial performance

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
