Finance and HR Operations Specialist
Role: Accounts Payable and HR Operations Specialist
Salary: £65,000-£75,000
Hybrid Working: 3 days a week in the office
A medium-sized Investment Management business are looking to hire someone into a dual role which combines Accounts Payable and People Operations.
This is perfect for someone who has an AP background but has also managed a team before and is happy to get involved in some other aspects of people development outside of their finance team responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Finance Operations:
- Manage invoicing for the funds - including the preparation, tracking and follow up of any queries
- Process invoices and payments
- Manage day-to-day banking across all entities - including execution of multi-currency payments and maintaining banking records
- Support month-end close activities
People Operations:
- Support early career recruitment process coordination and ensuring processes run smoothly
- Support junior level performance management, HR policy review cycles and feedback coordination
- Coordinate the annual staff benefits renewal process and compensation review communications
- Manage regulatory reference requests and confidential records relating to benefits
- Support DE&I and People related initiatives
