Employment Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Position: Permanent
Salary: Competitive salary + Benefits (pension, health cover, flexible benefits and excellent career development)
We’re looking for a Finance & Systems Coordinator to join the Linguistic Resolutions team based at The Wellington Hospital. Linguistic Resolutions is a specialist community neurorehabilitation service supporting adults and children with complex neurological conditions across the UK. We pride ourselves on delivering highly personalised, relationship-centred care and are looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively within a small, supportive team.
The Finance & Systems Coordinator plays a pivotal role at the intersection of finance, operations, and service delivery, ensuring robust financial processes and systems supporting the delivery of specialist community neurorehabilitation services. Working closely with operational, clinical, and finance stakeholders, you'll oversee the complete financial lifecycle of cases, from initial costing and billing through to query resolution, while helping to maintain and enhance the systems that underpin business operations.
This is a highly collaborative role that offers broad exposure across multiple functions, making it an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys combining financial expertise with operational improvement and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end financial lifecycle of cases, from costing and invoicing through to reconciliation and query resolution
- Manage complex and bespoke billing processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with agreed terms and protocols
- Lead the maintenance and development of finance and operational systems, including databases, SharePoint, Xero, and other digital platforms
- Work closely with clinicians to ensure clinical activity is accurately reflected within billing records
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial, operational, and systems-related issues while driving process improvements
- Develop positive working relationships with case managers, solicitors, insurers, and clinical colleagues to support efficient financial processes

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
