Finance Apprentice - AAT Route
Location: Eight Financial Advice, Whiteley Salary: £23,000 per year
As a Finance Apprentice, you will provide support to the larger Finance Team across all group companies. Your role will involve assisting with essential daily financial activities, including:
The Role
- Assisting with monthly payroll
- Analysing and inputting financial information, both in the UK and internationally
- Preparing and issuing invoices
- Performing reconciliations
- Handling financial administrative tasks
- Assisting with year-end accounts and payroll
- Managing multi-currency bookkeeping and reporting
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders

Alongside hands-on practice, you’ll complete the AAT Level 2 qualification initially, followed by further finance-based training.

Requirements
- A willingness and eagerness to learn
- Confidence in addressing stakeholders' queries, resolving issues where possible or directing them appropriately
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with clarity and conciseness
- Highly organised and capable of meeting tight deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to prioritise tasks
