About the Role
This position is ideal for a professional with 1+ years of relevant finance experience, eager to transition into a structured, hands-on role in a fast-growing, digitally-forward agency.

Responsibilities
Key Accounting Duties

Daily Transactions & Ledger Integrity
- Execute high-standard bank reconciliations in Xero, while coding, sourcing, and remarking bills to maintain clean records.
- Take full ownership of nominal ledger postings, resolving and clarifying discrepancies.

Compliance & Authorisation Workflows
- Process fully validated invoices for approval within company authorisation limits, ensuring adherence to internal compliance.

Expense Management & Policy Control
- Review, verify and approve employee expenses, closely aligning with company policies.
- Confidently clarify and challenge requests not adhering to guidelines.
Operational & Strategic Tasks

Workflow Automation Efficiency
- Ownership of the ApprovalMax automated system, from data entry to full process completion, ensuring audit trails remain robust.

Debt & Cash Flow Optimisation
- Establish and monitor Euler Hermes credit limits.
- Oversee non-paying accounts, outlining efficiencies in aged-debt collection strategies to improve operational visibility.

Month-End & Year-End Close Support
- Providing essential support during high-priority reconciliations—balancing accuracy with timetable-driven delivery.
