Finance Assistant

An established Family Office is seeking an experienced Finance Assistant for a permanent, fully on-site position based in Notting Hill.

This is an excellent opportunity for a capable finance professional with strong bookkeeping and payments experience who is looking to take on a broad, trusted role within a high-performing and collaborative environment. Remuneration is competitive, and aligned to experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transaction processing, payments, and day-to-day finance support
  • Bank reconciliations and cash book management
  • Providing ad hoc support across not-for-profit and philanthropic initiatives

About You

  • Previous experience as a Finance Assistant, Senior Bookkeeper, or a similar role
  • Experience within a family office, investment office, or boutique financial services environment
  • Discreet, professional, and highly trustworthy
