Finance Assistant – Lovehoney Group

We are seeking a Finance Assistant to play a key role in driving efficiency across Lovehoney Group, collaboratively supporting the Finance Team and wider business. This dynamic role demands precision, a customer-service mindset, and a drive to identify improvements—all within a progressive environment that values dedication, creativity, and fast-paced results.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will assist in processing supplier invoices, settlements, and payments while fostering efficiencies and improving services. You’ll develop critical skills for a competitive, fast-moving retail sector, contributing to accurate financial operations and strong vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
Core financial processing duties:
- Process multi-currency supplier invoices (3-way match against purchase orders for stock items) and ensure accurate coding of non-stock invoices.
- Reconcile supplier statements and collaboratively resolve queries while maintaining timely, accurate responses to nurture healthy relationships.
- Process daily settlement files from payment providers, investigating and correcting unmatched transactions.
- Prepare supplier multi-currency payment runs.
- Handle staff expenses and credit card transactions.

Requirements
- Minimum of 18 months’ experience in Accounts Payable or a comparable role.
- AAT qualification (or currently pursuing it) would be an advantage.
- Perfect attention to detail to ensure data accuracy without compromise.
- Rock-solid organisation and time management skills for a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills supporting clear communication and problem-solving.
