Finance Assistant – Join Our Finance Team!
Vuba is seeking a Finance Assistant to support our sales finance function. This role will strengthen our team with critical responsibilities focused on sales ledger administration, customer accounts, and credit control.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing and maintaining sales ledger transactions.
- Raising and issuing customers invoices and credit notes. -Allocating customer payments and reconciling debtor accounts.
- Evaluating customer account queries and resolving discrepancies.
- Conducting credit control activities (chasing outstanding payments, minimising aged debt).
- Building professional customer relationships to support timely payments.
- Assisting with credit checks and setting up new customer accounts.
- Generating sales and debtor reports, as required.
- Supporting month-end processes and account reconciliations.
- Providing general administrative support to the Finance department.
About You
We’re looking for a self-driven, detail-orientated professional with experience in:
- Finance, accounts, sales ledger, or credit control roles preferred.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in sensitive financial tasks.
- Confident communicator, especially when liaising with customers on financial matters.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel).
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads, and meet tight deadlines.
