Finance Assistant - UK Office-based – Bangor, North Wales

What You’ll Achieve as a Finance Assistant
This dynamic role demands agility, adaptability, and meticulousness—ideal for someone excelling in high-paced, multi-tasking environments. You'll:
- Maintain accurate financial records, support budgetary controls and reporting.
- Play a key role in month-end financial processes and inter-departmental collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Invoice processing and reconciliation: Ensure timely and accurate client payable procedures.
- Financial reporting: Prepare monthly financials, administrative expense entries and helping support the audit workflow.
- Bank and vendor management: Liaise with stakeholders on billing, payments and fiscal matters.
- Audit support: Provide documentation and collaborate with auditors during financial audits.
- System management:
- Enter certification charges for invoicing
- Record and invoice re-billable expenses (e.g., courier/internet)
- Operational tasks:
- Process outgoing mail for client invoices
- Assist with governance compliance requirements and other related projects
Experience & Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative experience (accounting/finance preferred)
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (advantageous but not mandatory)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel and Word (advanced, financial functions a plus)
- Exceptional communication skills: Strong verbal/written clarity and professionalism
- Demands: Composure under pressure, problem-solving, focus and demonstrable quality control

- Familiarity with enterprise finance/accounting systems
Location Requirement: If requested, successful candidates must accommodate an operational gaming license within relevant jurisdictions, contingent on employment continuation.
