Role Purpose
As part of our Finance Transformation we are moving to a new ERP, Sage Intacct, and developing standard ways of working across all agencies in the group.

We are hiring a group of Finance Interns to participate in the change programme, learning multiple finance modules and moving into operations as the transformation takes place. This is a great opportunity to develop a strong foundation in finance operations and finance transformation in a structured, fast-paced environment.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract and is open to placement-year students, recent graduates, or those at an equivalent early-career stage.
Key Responsibilities
As a Finance Assistant in this growing team you will learn and manage finance activities including:
- Billing and Credit Collection
- Accounts Payable
- Intercompany
- Fixed Assets
- Prepayments and Accruals
- Journal Entries
- Month End Reporting

As we migrate our agencies to the new system you will also be involved in data migration activities, experiencing the transition from old to new systems.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Completed or nearing completion of a degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g. Sage, Workday, Oracle) is an advantage but not necessary
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Proactive, eager to learn and clear communicator
