We are now looking for a Finance Assistant to join the AR and Billing team at Caledonia House in Leeds
Reporting into the AR and Billing Manager, the main duties and responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up new profit centres
- Processing new contract opening / closure / change forms
- Generating billing – both through automated system and manual ad-hoc requests
- Managing debt on a specific set of client ledgers
- Cash Allocation
- Account Analysis
- Journal entry into Oracle
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts
- Responding to queries via email / telephone
- Providing support across the department as and when needed

Key Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise a constantly changing workload in order to meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills and a professional, customer/client -focused approach
- Excel skills are a must – formulas, v-lookups, pivots etc.
