About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Finance Administrator to join our Finance Team. Working closely with the Finance Manager, you will support the smooth running of finance operations across the business, helping to ensure accurate reporting, effective financial controls, and efficient administration processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise sales invoices and process purchase orders and invoices.
- Support month-end reporting, journals, and credit control activities.
- Maintain cashflow forecasts and highlight potential issues.
- Assist with internal and external audit requirements.
- Support the development and improvement of finance systems and processes.
- Analyse and report on business performance information.
- Provide cover for other members of the finance team when required.

About You
- You will have:
- GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- The ability to manage priorities and work independently.
- Previous experience in finance, administration, or a busy office environment would be advantageous.
