We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our busy Finance team to support continued growth. This role will involve working cross-functionally across the business.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assisting with daily sales and purchase ledger invoicing including customer self billing
- Credit control
- Assisting with sales and purchase ledger month-end reconciliations
- Assisting with annual audit
- Assisting with credit card statements
- Dealing with customer/supplier invoice queries efficiently
- Liaising with colleagues as and when required to resolve any departmental queries
- Provide support to head of finance and accountant with ad hoc finance duties
- Sage payroll experience and legislation knowledge
Experience Required
- Proven experience of working in a fast-paced finance department
- High level of attention to detail
- Competent in all Microsoft Office packages including excel and word
- Knowledge and experience using an ERP system
- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Knowledge and experience using Sage Payroll
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Ability to work well as part of a team, but also using own initiative
- Ability to work accurately whilst working to tight deadlines

This is a full-time, dayshift position working 37 hours per week with a 1pm finish on Fridays.
