About the Role
The Finance Assistant will support the Accounting & Finance department with day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and an interest in accounting.

Description
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
- Prepare and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Maintain and update financial data in internal systems.
- Assist with budget tracking and expense monitoring.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Respond to financial queries from internal and external stakeholders.

Profile
A Successful Finance Assistant Should Have
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
