Finance Assistant

Salary: £35k - £40k DOE
Location: London - 3 days WFH

The Company

This company leverages technology and consumer insights to support clients in understanding their audiences, markets, and the impact of their marketing efforts. With a track record of success and recognition for their innovative approach, they are now expanding their team.

Key Duties

  • Support month-end processes, reconciliations, journals, reporting, and gradually assume greater responsibility for monthly accounts production independently.
  • Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and deliver accurate reporting, analysis, and finance support consistently.
  • Improve financial controls, automate Xero processes, optimise workflows, document procedures, and enhance operational efficiency across finance.

Skills & Experience

  • Studying CIMA/ACCA, with finance experience, Xero skills, and ambition to develop management accounting capabilities.
  • Skilled in AP, AR, Excel, communication, organisation, and managing priorities across finance operations effectively.
  • Proactive learner embracing AI, collaboration, office presence, process improvement, and continuous professional development.
