Your Responsibilities
Your role will involve both accounts payable and accounts receivable, with responsibilities including:
- Ensuring daily accounting transactions are posted into Zero
- Assisting with budget trackers and cost reconciliations for conferences (new process requiring careful invoice tracking)
- Producing monthly finance reports across the business
- Supporting ad-hoc finance projects
- Assisting with the implementation of new finance processes

What We Expect from You
You must embody a strong work ethic, exceptional leadership, and a passion for growth—both personal and professional. Ideally, you will:
- Have a finance bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results (prefer candidates with strong finance exam qualifications)
- Have 2+ years of finance experience
- Possess a UK work permit
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills
- Be highly process-oriented and systematic
