Role: Finance Associate - IB/PE (Remote)

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)

Job Type: Contract

Payout: $45 - $120/hour

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Finance Expert (IB / PE / Structured Finance) to work on a contract basis. This role involves analyzing financial models, evaluating investment opportunities, and structuring financing solutions in investment banking and private equity contexts. The position requires expertise in structured finance transactions and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and evaluate financial models for investment banking and private equity transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence on potential investment opportunities and market trends.
  • Structure and analyze structured finance deals, including leveraged buyouts and debt financing.
  • Prepare financial projections, valuation analyses, and transaction memoranda.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risk and optimize capital structure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or structured finance.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Excel.
  • Strong understanding of leveraged finance, debt structures, and capital markets.
  • Experience with LBO modeling, DCF analysis, and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills to present complex financial concepts.
