Already trusted by leading international brands such as John Lewis, Nespresso, Uniqlo, H&M brands and more, we are solidifying our position as the leaders in Europe to tackle this growing market.
Our tight-knit team is made up of ex-Revolut, Bain, HelloFresh, ASOS, Apple and Google employees, and we are backed by some of Europe’s leading investors and VCs in climate-tech, logistics and mobility including Planet A Ventures, Maersk Growth, Pale Blue Dot VC, Eka Ventures, NordicNinja VC and the British government. We’re passionate about driving innovation and redefining the future of delivery.
Our Values
😊 We Are Kind - Kind to the planet, our team and our partners. We listen with purpose, leave our egos at the door and aren't afraid to make difficult decisions. We must never confuse kindness with being "nice" - it requires us to be fair, consistent, honest, thoughtful and compassionate.
🤝 We Are Tenacious - We fight every day to keep the customer promise, for every parcel entrusted to us. No matter how hard it gets or whatever stands in our way, we are relentless in our pursuit of excellence.
💡 We Are Curious - We never settle, constantly challenge convention and are never afraid to ask why. We believe there is always more to learn, always a better way, and that we're always only just getting started. We never fight the urge to be inquisitive, to understand the world around us and to explore where others might not.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Role Overview 📝
This is a crucial operational role within our Finance team. You will be the engine room for three core areas: ensuring smooth and optimised payments to suppliers, making sure our financial data is immaculate, and making sure our hard-working drivers and sortation handlers are paid accurately and on time.
As Finance Associate, you will work closely with the wider business and report directly to the Head of Central Finance.
What you’ll be doing 🚀
Accounts Payable & Spend Management
- Invoice Processing: Manage and process all incoming supplier invoices within our payment software, ensuring pinpoint accuracy and strict adherence to team budgets.
- Internal Gatekeeping: Proactively chase internal approvals from business stakeholders and confidently query unexpected or non-compliant spend.
- Payment Runs: Prepare and compile regular payment runs, ensuring everything is fully documented and ready for seamless review and release by the Head of Central Finance.
Daily Reconciliations
- Ledger Accuracy: Reconcile all company spend within our accounting software in a timely and accurate manner so that costs are allocated to the right buckets.
- Bank Monitoring: Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure our internal system balances perfectly match our actual, real-time bank balances.
Driver Payroll & HMRC Compliance
- HMRC Submissions: Ensure all taxes, National Insurance, and statutory deductions are calculated correctly and submitted to HMRC in line with strict deadlines.
- Data Collation: Gather, track, and input all driver hours, bonuses, deductions, and amendments onto driver payslips.
- Driver and Internal Queries: Respond to queries in relation to payslip amendments such as tax and pension payments.
