Finance Associate - A&M

Location: London, Hybrid (minimum 2 days a week in the office).

The Finance Associate Mission

You’ll be the heartbeat of our accounts payable and receivable functions. As a trusted expert in our payment processes and systems, you’ll empower teams across the business with your expertise, helping us scale smarter while delivering a seamless and reliable finance experience internally and externally.

How You'll Drive Success

  • Keep our day-to-day finance operations running smoothly by overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring all transactions are processed
  • Become the go-to expert for our purchase order systems and payment processes, helping teams across the business work confidently and compliantly
  • Take ownership of our weekly payment runs, ensuring suppliers are paid accurately, on time and with a seamless experience from start to finish
  • Maintain clean, accurate and audit-ready financial records through regular bank and supplier reconciliations
  • Build strong relationships across the business and with external partners by delivering responsive, solutions-focused support for all payment and finance queries

The Interview Process And Candidate Experience

  1. Life Story & Values - a 30 min video call with our Talent Team for us to get know each other better, asking questions inspired by our three core values
  2. Experience Interview - a slightly longer video call for you to meet your manager and discuss your skill-set and experience for the role
  3. Final Interview - 1 hour in person task interview to complete and present
