About The Opportunity

- Full-time
- Day Rate: £250–280 per day or £350–380 per day, dependent on experience and seniority
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Domain: Financial services, finance operations, process improvement
What You Would Do
- Gathering and documenting financial requirements from stakeholders across finance, operations and the business
- Conducting financial process analysis to identify current inefficiencies, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Performing data quality analysis to support financial reporting accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Creating detailed requirements specifications and process flow documentation
- Collaborating with IT, finance operations and external partners to scope and validate solutions
- Supporting the implementation and testing of finance systems, reporting tools or process improvements
- Engaging stakeholders throughout the change lifecycle to ensure buy-in and adoption
- Producing financial analysis to support business decisions and process redesign recommendations

What You Could Bring
- 2–4 years' experience in business analysis, finance operations or process improvement roles
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement within finance environments
- Knowledge of financial processes, controls, reporting and compliance (including basic regulatory awareness)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data quality assessment and financial data analysis
- Experience in process mapping, documentation and recommendations for operational improvement
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with data analysis tools or SQL is advantageous
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills, particularly with non-technical finance teams
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analysis or a related discipline
