Finance Transformation Business Analyst / Project Manager
We are partnering with a leading investment bank seeking a Finance Transformation Business Analyst / Project Manager to deliver strategic finance change across its Capital Markets division.
Working across Finance, Treasury, Product Control, Risk and Technology, you will lead the delivery of strategic finance change initiatives, translating business requirements into practical solutions and driving projects through to successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance transformation workstreams across strategic and regulatory change programmes.
- Partner with Finance, Treasury, Product Control, Risk, Operations and Technology to define and deliver business requirements.
- Translate complex accounting and finance requirements into functional specifications and technology solutions.
- Manage project plans, governance, RAID, stakeholder engagement, testing and implementation.
- Drive improvements to finance processes, controls, operating models and reporting.

Skillset and Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager delivering finance transformation within investment banking or capital markets.
- ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent accounting qualification.
- Strong understanding of investment banking products, including Rates, FX, Fixed Income, Credit, Equities, Repo/Securities Financing, Treasury and Derivatives.
- Experience working across Finance, Product Control, Treasury, Risk, Front Office and Technology.
- Ability to translate complex finance and accounting requirements into business and technology solutions.
- Experience delivering finance systems, data, process or operating model change.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and documentation skills.
