Hours – Monday – Friday, 08:30 to 17:00

Are you a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career in finance within a growing and supportive organisation? Do you enjoy working with numbers, improving processes and seeing projects make a real impact? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Finance Management Graduate, you will play an integral role in developing your finance skills within a dynamic facilities management environment. You will support finance teams across the business and work on dedicated projects to help improve systems, reporting and processes.

This role will give you excellent exposure to all areas of our Facilities Management business, providing variety, responsibility and access to members of the Senior Management Team. You will also gain valuable insight into working with International Corporate Clients (ICC) across multiple countries and cultures.

Our Ideal Graduate Will Have

  • Degree level qualification (2:2 or above), ideally with a leaning towards Mathematics, accountancy or Business.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to complete tasks promptly, accurately and with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interest in analytics and finance systems
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Enthusiasm for self-development and personal growth

We will provide you with full on-the-job training and ongoing development to ensure you have everything you need to succeed. All we ask for is a positive attitude, curiosity, and a strong work ethic.

You will work 37.5 hours per week and be paid £27,000 – £31,000, depending on prior experience or internships. The role also includes our full benefits package available from day one.
