I'm currently partnering with a leading capital-intensive infrastructure business to recruit a Finance Business Partner into their growing finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected organisation during an exciting period of investment and growth. Working closely with senior operational and commercial stakeholders, you'll play a key role in financial planning, business partnering and supporting strategic investment decisions.
Location: Central London
Salary: £65,000–£80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an annual bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
Working Pattern: 100% office-based.
The Role
Reporting into senior finance leadership, your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insight and challenge.
- Preparing budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans.
- Delivering financial modelling, scenario analysis and investment appraisals.
- Supporting capital expenditure planning and business cases.
- Analysing business performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Producing monthly management reporting with meaningful commercial commentary.
- Driving continuous improvements across financial planning and reporting processes.

About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance or FP&A role.
- Previous experience working within a fast-paced, capital-intensive business is essential.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- A proactive, analytical and business-focused approach with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organisation.
