Finance Business Partner – Redhill – Facilities Management
Redhill – Hybrid Working – Permanent – Growing Facilities Management Business
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + bonus + benefits
About the Role
We’re recruiting a Finance Business Partner to join a growing Facilities Management business based in Redhill. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a commercially focused organisation where finance plays a key role in supporting operational performance and driving business improvement.
The business is expanding and looking for a proactive finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, improving processes, and delivering meaningful commercial insight.
You’ll work closely with operational teams, taking ownership of a broad portfolio of contracts to provide financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis that supports better decision-making across the business.
This is a varied, hands-on role offering stakeholder exposure and the chance to influence performance across multiple sites. You’ll join a collaborative finance team with a focus on continuous improvement, where your ideas will be welcomed and your development supported.

Wish List
- Experience in Management Accounts, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partnering
- Previous exposure to multi-site, contract-led, or service-based environments would be advantageous
- Comfortable managing high-volume reporting, reconciliations, invoicing, and budgeting
- Strong commercial awareness with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders
- Proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset
- Confident using Excel and working with large datasets
Responsibilities
- Produce and review monthly management accounts across a portfolio of contracts
- Deliver meaningful financial reporting and commercial insight to operational stakeholders
- Take ownership of key balance sheet reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy
- Partner with operational teams to review monthly performance and explain financial results
- Support the preparation and review of client invoicing and contract reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, controls, and month-end efficiency
- Analyse revenue, costs, and contract performance, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting across multiple business areas
- Prepare financial packs for stakeholder review and commercial decision-making
- Work closely with finance and operations to improve reporting, systems, and processes
- Contribute to ongoing finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Management Accountant or Finance Business Partner
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical ability with a strong eye for detail
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable working with large volumes of financial data and reporting
- Able to build strong relationships with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Salary & Benefits
- £45,000 – £50,000 + discretionary bonus
- Hybrid working – up to 3 days in the office post-probation
