This is a 12 month fixed term contract

I'm currently partnering with a well-established organisation that is undergoing a significant period of change and investment. As part of this journey, they're looking to appoint a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to support a high-profile cost transformation programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making and driving meaningful business change.

The Role

Working as a trusted partner to senior leaders across the business, you will play a key role in identifying cost-saving opportunities, challenging existing processes and providing financial insight to support strategic transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver cost transformation programmes
  • Providing robust financial analysis, modelling and insight to support business decisions
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and drive value creation
  • Tracking and reporting transformation benefits against agreed targets
  • Supporting business cases for investment, change initiatives and operational improvements
  • Challenging assumptions and influencing decision-making through data-led insights
  • Working collaboratively with finance and operational teams to embed sustainable change

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
