The Finance Business Partner
The Finance Business Partner will play a key role in supporting financial planning and decision-making. This permanent role is based in Milton Park and offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of the accounting and finance department.

Description
The Finance Business Partners responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and guidance.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and analyse budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities to support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Provide regular reporting on financial performance to stakeholders.
- Support in driving cost efficiency and process improvements.
- Act as a trusted advisor on financial matters across the organisation.

Profile
A Successful Finance Business Partner Should Have
- A strong background in accounting and finance.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and modelling tools.
- Experience in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- A professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience.
