Finance Business Partner

Who We Are

Ogi is a leading full-service Welsh telco with big ambitions. We’re a network builder and operator, already hitting more than 20% penetration across our residential services. Our business arm offers everything from telephony to managed IT services – and a recently launched high-capacity wholesale network spanning the M4 motorway route from Cardiff into England, means we have quite a few strings to our bow.

What We Are Looking For?

We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner who can build relationships within the business to provide insightful, accurate, and timely financial insight and analysis for both internal and external stakeholders. The role partners with our Sales and Marketing teams, providing financial analysis, commercial pricing, and performance reporting to support customer growth and revenue targets. You’ll own pricing and costing models, use data and KPI insight to identify margin opportunities, and support informed commercial decision-making across acquisition, retention, and product propositions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
