Working with a market-leading, multi-site organisation, we are recruiting a commercially focused Finance Business Partner.

Your Responsibilities
- Commercial partnership: Collaborate with operational leaders to challenge assumptions and influence decisions
- Financial planning & analysis: Deliver comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A across the division
- Financial storytelling: Mine data to identify trends and actionable insights
- Strategic impact: Model and assist major financial decisions
- Relationships: Bridge Finance and Operations to optimise performance
- Process and reporting improvements: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and outcomes

Requirements
✅ Qualified accountant (with ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, or equivalent qualifications) ✅ Strong commercial awareness and mindset ✅ Exceptional communication ✅ A career in Management Accountancy or a Finance Business Partner transitioning into a more business-focused role

Salary: DOE (Company Constitutional Expenses / Dependent on Experience) – competitive and commensurate with experience.
